Aftercare & Downtime:

Make-up may be applied only 24-72 hours after each treatment session. Generally, 24 hours after treatment, patients may use regular soaps, but not scrub soaps or exfoliates.

Downtime after Morpheus8 varies from 2 days to 2 weeks. Some redness, bruising, and swelling are to be expected after your treatment, and small scabs will form in the area treated.

Radiofrequency is a type of energy that has been scientifically proven to provoke collagen remodeling. The Morpheus 8 combines the two, delivering the thermal energy of radiofrequency waves to deeper layers of tissue via the adjustable microneedles. The Morpheus 8 is FDA approved as a Subdermal Adipose Remodeling Device, or SARD. This demonstrates a crucial difference between this device and standard microneedling.
